Description	Mercantile allows you to get better deals with Merchants. The higher your Mercantile skill, the more likely the merchant is to accept deals when doing the barter mini-game.
Governing attribute	Personality
Perks	Novice Items you sell are affected by their condition. Apprentice Items you sell are no longer affected by their condition. Journeyman You can buy or sell any item with any merchant. Expert Allows you to invest in a shop, giving that shop a bonus to the amount of gold on hand. Master All shops will have an increase in the maximum amount of gold on hand.
Related Variables	IPerkExtraBarterGoldMaster determines the amount of extra gold on hand for 'Master' perk.
