Leveled Creatures are governed by this setting. A leveled creature list uses the player's level to determine the top potential creature in a list. From that creature, only entries within this game setting's range are used. The default value is 8.

For example:

Level Creature
1 Skeleton
4 Zombie
6 Ghost
8 Skeleton Guardian
10 Headless Zombie
11 Ancient Ghost

If the player is level 13, the list finds it's maximum at 11. Subtracting 8, the minimum level for a creature generated by this list would be three. Therefore, all creatures except the Skeleton are potentials to be generated by this list.
