Which standard of English is to be used for the Wiki? --Kalniel 10:22, 11 April 2006 (EDT)

Do you mean like English or American or what? --Mrflippy 12:37, 11 April 2006 (EDT)
Yes - US or UK English? Just to prevent incorrect minor spelling edits. --Kalniel 11:18, 12 April 2006 (EDT)
Can we say that both are acceptable? --Mrflippy 12:34, 12 April 2006 (EDT)
--Kkuhlmann 14:04, 12 April 2006 (EDT):Since Bethesda is an American company, we obviously wrote the site (originally) using American spellings. It would seem like a good standard to continue to follow, if it is actually necessary to have any standard about this at all (honestly I don't really care if you write 'color' or 'colour').
--Stardaemon 15:37, 12 April 2006 (EDT)Personally, as long as it's kept consitent within an given article, I don't see a problem. But I agree with Kkuhlmann, if there is to be a standard, American makes sense. Personally I wouldn't edit an article because of this, as long as it's internally consistent.
Preference for American then, but both acceptable. That's fine - the reason I asked was because I don't know American spellings and will know to look them up before correcting what I might have thought was a typo or mis-spelling. (I thought leveling was a mis-spelling of levelling, but it seems both are OK in US English). --Kalniel 05:51, 13 April 2006 (EDT)

Any preference for where we should sign talk comments? Start or end of comment? --Kalniel 05:53, 13 April 2006 (EDT)
