Returns whether the alchemy item is a poison.
Syntax:
(isPoison:bool) reference.IsPoison objectID:ref

- A poison is an alchemy item with all hostile effects.
- An alchemy item with even a single non-hostile effect is not a poison.
- As of version .0012, hostile scripted effects should register as poisons.
