Syntax:
GetPCFactionAttack FactionID
Example:
GetPCFactionAttack MagesGuild
Returns 1 if the player has attacked a member of the specified faction. Reset this flag using SetPCFactionAttack.
It is worth noting that the Player must also be a member of the specified faction.
