You can download an action file that will automate most of this process from [http://members.aol.com/Talendear/OblivionLoadScreen.atn here]. Download the file to the '''\Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions\''' folder and it should be in '''Actions''' tab under Oblivion Load Screen. If it isn't, click the arrow in the circle on the top right corner of that section, click on '''Load Actions''' and select the '''OblivionLoadScreen.atn''' file.
