Beginner Problem - Cell (or mod?) won't loadEdit

Hi, I'm very new here, so lemme begin by saying that I'm not entirely sure this is where I should put this, and hope not to make a jackass of myself on my first post here. I just started playing around with the TES CK yesterday, and I was hoping that someone might be able to give me some advice for a problem I've been having.

I went through the My First Dungeon tutorial, and everything was going pretty well, right up until I got to Pathing and Playtesting. Following the instructions, I went into the Oblivion.ini file, and filled in the "SStartingCell" and "the STestFile10" fields thusly: "SStartingCell=CreepyCave01" and "STestFile10=CreepyCaveTutorial.esp"

When I ran the game, it loaded me as the default level 1 character, but instead of being in the cave, I was underneath an Ayelid Well somewhere in Tamriel.

This was confusing, but after not being able to easily fix it I shrugged and decided to move on and see if I could just walk into it after I made the exterior. So, I built the exterior location following the tutorial in Tamriel worldspace, cell 13,-12. When I loaded it this time, my default character started in the correct exterior cell, but every change I made with my mod had no effect. The rock, mapmarker and door I had put in didn't appear, and when I tried erasing trees, rocks, etc, there was no change(I did have the mod .esp file turned on). I also tried setting it to start in an interior cell from the oblivion.esm master file, which worked just fine.

I tried making another interior dungeon cell, but setting it as my starting cell, I still appear under the well. Thanks for any help you can give me, I really appreciate it!
