Custom Armor

Could you tell me how to put a custom enchantment om an armor piece please. I think I did the right thing by going to the objects window then going to the sub-category Enchantment and adding one of my own, but when I go to the armor I want to give the enchantment, I can't find it in the scroll-down menu. Some help would be appreciated. Oh, if you could, can you tell me how to make an effect on the enchantments constant effect. Thank you. --General Bays 02:08, 28 May 2007 (EDT)

Hey man, hows the year been for you? I apologize for ditching you last Summer. I had a reason, but it wasn't right to just drop everything without trying to finish. I've got some more time this Summer to do some modding; in fact, I am putting the finishing touches on a couple of mods. Just wondering if you are still modding or not.
