Talk:PC Starting Location

I'm starting a total conversion project, and I've created an esm file with a small world generated in place of tamriel, with a player spawn marker and the code to initialize chargen and move the player to the marker, but when I hit 'new game' nothing happens. Perfectly reasonable question and this is an appropriate place to ask it (thank you on both counts; too often people ask questions that really have no place on the Wiki and they do it in some random new article that I then have to clean up), but unfortunately I don't know the answer and I have my doubts that anyone who does will see it here. Unfortunately, not a very large number of people check the Wiki regularly for updates, especially in discussions, and most of us are scripters.

For better luck finding someone who may know the answer, I suggest starting a thread on the Forums.
