This setting seems to have a broad effect. I have not yet found out what exactly the different effects are, but expect the following: - prices on vendor-spells will change significantly - duration on potions will increase / decrease - it will be cheaper / more expensive to make custom spells or enchantments - spells / enchantment will take less / more magicka |
