Modifies the magnitude and duration of any type 1 effects on a player-created potion made with a Calcinator. Type 1 effects are those with both magnitude and duration (i.e., Restore Health, Damage Magicka). Increasing it will increase the strength of the potion, and decreasing it will decrease the strength.
