Modifies the magnitude of any type 3 detrimental effect on a player-created potion (but not a poison) made with an Alembic (that is, any effect modified by an alembic). Type 3 effects are those with no duration. There are no such effects in vanilla Oblivion. Increasing it will decrease the strength of the effect, and decreasing it will increase the strength.
