Syntax:
(enchantFactor:float) GetMagicEffectEnchantFactor effect:chars
(enchantFactor:float) GetMEEnchant effect:chars
(enchantFactor:float) GetMagicEffectEnchantFactorC effect:long
(enchantFactor:float) GetMEEnchantC effect:long
Returns the constant effect enchantment factor of the magic effect. This factor influences the magnitude of a custom constant effect enchantment.
