A command for Oblivion Script Extender

Syntax:

(magnitude:long) GetNthEffectItemMagnitude magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

(magnitude:long) GetNthEIMagnitude magicItem:ref whichEffect:short

Returns the magnitude of the specified effect item.
