Syntax:
GetPCFactionMurder FactionID
Example:
GetPCFactionMurder MagesGuild
Returns 1 if the player has murdered a member of the specified faction. Note that this does not have to be a crime that was witnessed by anyone. Reset this flag using SetPCFactionMurder.
