Civilization IV MaxTools

Description

This is a NIF exporter for 3D Studio Max, designed for use with Civilization 4. It can be used to export models for Oblivion, but it uses an older version of The NIF format and not everything can be realized (e.g. no collision-data and Havok-physics)

NifTools 3ds Max NIF Plugin

Description

3D Studio Max Importer/Exporter for Oblivion that supports exporting a collision mesh and animations. Has MOPP support as of 0.2.17.x build.

The Blender NIF scripts enable Blender to import and export NIF files. It supports NIF files up to version 20.3.0.6, which includes the version used by Oblivion.

NifTools Maya NIF Plugin

Description

Maya Importer/Exporter for NIF files. It does not support animation or collision, but it can open and export static NIF files and skin attached to bone is also supported.
