The Oblivion Mod Wiki is a wiki dedicated entirely to Oblivion mods. It's not dedicated in the same way that the construction wiki is. We're dedicated to indexing mods, not making them. Infact, we don't host anything except pictures. We've currently got around 1,100 mods indexed.
