Shows the spells available to the NPC or creature. This includes birthsigns, powers, lesser powers, abilities and regular spells. For NPCs, it does not include racial powers, lesser powers, or abilities. The cost displayed is the base cost, not taking into account the actor's skill.
Note
- Creatures will not cast a spell if they lack a cast animation matching the spell type (i.e., touch, target, self). See AnimGroups.
