Does anyone know how this differs from GetSecondsPassed? Since it is meant for scripts, it seems that there may be a difference in how this functions as compared to GetSecondsPassed although I am not sure what that difference is. Maybe it only activates from zero the first time that a ScriptEffectUpdate occurs as opposed to the start of the spell script?
