:Alright, I've got an idea, we can try to create a new spell effect, similar to Chameleon, but without the "Chameleon effect" shader.  Unfortunately, I've very little experience with the spell system of Oblivion, so if anybody else knows how, I think it might, and I emphasize '''might''', be a step in the right direction.
:And before I forget, as this kind of just popped into my mind, does the goblin have a GREETING topic, because if not, that could be the problem.  I just checked, and it seems that creatures '''do''' appear on the list in the Dialogue Window, but they don't have any dialogue, not even a GREETING.  I'll experiment with it when I have some spare time...
