Does anyone know how to create/emulate/mimic a ''heat shimmer'' effect? The look I am going for is similar to the heat shimmer you see around oblivion gates. Any help would be greatly appreciated, if there are any mods out there that include anything along these lines I would leap at the opportunity to have a look. | |||
