| #Do not mark anything not-minor as a minor edit. Minor edits are typos and formatting changes, any actual change or addition to the information of the article are Major edits. If unsure, do not mark it Minor, since it is better to have someone check it even though it is a minor change than to have someone miss a major change.

| Of course, there are some times exceptions. For instance, some changes to an article are self explanatory; many minor changes don't need to be Talked about. Sometimes signing an article does make sense, such as when you've posted on the forum and are creating an article about that post, or are writing your own [[:Category:Solutions|Solution]] to a [[:Category:Questions|Question]]. Rules 2, 4, and 5 have absolutely no exceptions that I can think of, however.
