These functions read from or write to NiVertexColorProperty-derived blocks. As a sub-class of NiProperty, NiVertexColorProperty blocks also work with any functions that work on NiProperty blocks, including those inherited from more distant ancestors.

NiVertexColorProperty blocks are generally found using NiAVObjectGetPropertyByType or by going through a NiAVObject-derived block's properties using NiAVObjectGetProperties.
