Well, I've got to get back to doing real work, but if someone wants, further breakdown into functions that affect Spells or Enchantments specifically would probably be good. Also probably a good idea to stick the Soul functions in the Enchanting section, because those aren't really Magic Items, but they are involved in Enchanting.
