I just found these tools for making bink files. I dont know if anyone else has seen them yet. I think there is probably a lot that can be done with them and there should probably be a tutorial written on how to use them. If anyone knows how they work or has ideas, please feel free to write one if they have time.

I just wrote a tutorial today for making .bik files using RAD Video Tools, Fraps, and Adobe Premiere Elements (because I had it and it was the only video editing software that I could find to handle the resolutions involved). It is located at Bink Video Tutorial. If someone can write it better or has a different way of doing it, feel free to contribute.

I was wondering what others thought of this idea. Here is what I have been able to do after using Fraps, Adobe Premiere Elements, RAD Video Tools and playing with it for a bit: [SpinOblivion.zip]

Just unzip the file to Oblivion\Data\Video and use PlayBink “SpinOblivion.bik" in the console to view it.
