When I save a mod and then go look for the *.esp file it is no where to be seen. I try to do a complete clean install of both Oblivion and the construction set, and when I go to select the data file the esp file is still listed.
my question is in 2 parts.
A: where is the ESP file saved to B. How do I get rid of it to do a clean install.

C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
- If you have a 64-bit operating system it's saved in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
- However, if you're running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you should read this: Windows Vista.
- To answer question B, you can delete plugin files just like any other file.
