This is a command from NifSE.

Syntax

(bool:success) NiVertexColorPropertySetVertexMode short:vertMode short:nifID short:blockID
(bool:success) NiVertColorPropSetVertMode short:vertMode short:nifID short:blockID

Sets the vertex mode used by the NiVertexColorProperty specified by blockID. The possible values and their meanings are indicated below.

Returns 1 if successful, 0 otherwise.

The default value of blockID, 0, indicates the NIF's root, a NiNode. NiNode blocks are not derived from NiVertexColorProperty, so this function will always require an explicit blockID.

Vertex Modes

  • SRC_IGNORE = 0
  • SRC_EMISSIVE = 1
  • SRC_AMB_DIF = 2 (ambient and diffuse, the default)
