A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(casters:Array) reference.GetActiveEffectCasters
Returns an Array containing the casters of each of the calling actor's active effects, in the order in which they appear in his active effect list. A caster's index in the returned Array can therefore be passed to the Get/SetNthActiveEffectXXX functions to operate on its associated active effect. If an active effect has no caster its associated value will be zero.
