A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.

Syntax:

(menuRef:ref) GetActiveMenuRef menuType:short

Returns the reference from which the active menu is derived

The return type varies depending on the active menu:

Active Menu Return value
Container Container, corpse, or merchant
Dialog Speaking NPC
Book Book reference in the gameworld
SpellPurchase Spell merchant
