A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(spellEffectiveness:float) reference.GetSpellEffectiveness
Returns the actor's spell effectiveness based on the armor he or she has equipped as a floating point value from 0 to 1.0. The return value is always 1.0 for creatures and NPCs other than the player. When calledon the player, this command returns the player's base spell effectiveness as calculated by the game plus any script modifier applied by ModPCSpellEffectiveness.
