:The Oblivion data files should be located in the Oblivion\Data folder. By default the full path is:
:
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
| |||
:or this, for 64-bit versions of Windows:
:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data
| |||
:In Windows Vista and Windows 7 the Program Files folder is protected. You need to run the CS as Administrator or you have to install the game in a different location for the plugins to show up. See [[Windows Vista]] for more information.
:Deleting plugins is as simple as locating the plugin file in the Data folder and deleting that file. You can always deactivate plugins in the launcher to revert most of their changes. There are a few changes that deactivating the plugin won't revert, but deleting the file won't help either.
