There are a lot of beginner tutorials here.  Anyway, I thought that when new people click on "Help" in the CS, they look in the tutorial category, then click on something in there to help.  The wiki replaces the "Help" thingie (for lack of a better word at the moment :P )  The tutorials are for ''learning'' how to do things.
