A function added by the Oblivion Script Extender.
Syntax:
(alpha:float) reference.GetActorAlpha
Actor references can be made more or less opaque or transparent by changing their alpha property via SetActorAlpha. This function returns the calling actor's current alpha as a floating point number between 0.0 and 1.0, with 0.0 corresponding to fully transparent and 1.0 to fully opaque.
