+I have duplicated the 3 aspects of Stantus Varrids House in the Temple District of IC, that is the basement, house and private quarters.  I renamed them to reflect my character name and changed the ownership to playerfaction.  I have set a key to enter the front door, and selected the IC shack key for now.
+I have made no other changes as yet as I wanted to test it worked first.

+Once saved into data, I can see the esp in data files and put a cross there, but it does not change the ownership in game.
+I have CS version 1.2.404 and patch 1.2.0416 applied to the game.  I believe these are compatible from reading other question and answers.
+I have tried turning all other mods off, but with no success still.  I have also tried starting a new game just in case, but still no success.
