Do we want "mod" plug-ins?

I notice we have this and Elys's Universal Silent Voice, and both do not provide improved functionality for modders; they are purely mods within and of themselves. This Wiki is not for advertising mods, only for describing the features available to modders. I personally vote that this and USV are both deleted.

I agree, but shouldn't USV be listed here because it allows modders to distribute without silent mp3 files?

I agree with Qazaaq - USV answers a frequent question and should stay. In some sense I don't mind OO - it would be interesting to see quest mods geared specifically towards multi-player, but as of now there's not really enough info.

Is that possible, quests for this? That'd be cool.

OK, I propose we leave it here for now, and ask the OO team how it might be used by modders.
