Wiki Rules and Programs

First, please do not create new pages in the (Main): namespace (without a namespace) for questions. Questions on the Wiki may go in one of two places - on the Talk page of any article that you have a specific question about, or on your User page. We strongly recommend that, in general, questions about troubleshooting your mod or specific questions about your mod go on the Forums; questions on your User page should generally be things like "where can I find information on...?" Generally, questions about your mod will be answered better and more quickly on the Forums than here, but we can help you find specific information on the Wiki.

However, your question was incredibly vague. What programs are you referring to? I really think that you should go to Getting Started, and start reading about modding, and how to do various things. Along the way, you should find links to any programs that you need.
