Archive and Talk Pages

Hi, couple of things.

One, you shouldn't (generally) edit others' contributions to Talk pages. Unlike articles, those are supposed to be their own words, and editing it may be construed as rude. Further, archive pages should not be edited at all; if you want to open up an Archived discussion, there should be instructions on the page for doing that.

Questions and Answers Categories

No, they've been deleted. There used to be an enormous Questions category which was just a mess - hundreds of random questions, mostly of the "Why isn't it working?!" variety, and it was simply impossible to maintain. It was as if you took the CS forum and put it into Wiki pages - but people didn't know how to use Wiki mark-up. There were a few gems - see the Discussions category - but for the most part it was just a drag on our resources and made the Search tool work even worse than it already does.
