A command for Oblivion Script Extender
Syntax:
con_Save FileName
Saves the game to the file name.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- Due to limitations of the Wiki software, the title of this article, and links to it, cannot display it correctly - there is an underscore (_) in the function's name.
- This function is identical to the Save Console Function, and should behave as if you had called that function from the console.
- The save happens at that exact line of script. Anything that happens later in the script, and later in that frame/game, will not be saved. For example, if you want to end a quest and save, then this:
con_Save SaveTest StopQuest YourQuest
won't work. The quest will continue to be running when you load "SaveTest".
- Be aware that any existing savegame with the same name will be overwritten without confirmation.
