This is a proof of concept release, there isn't any mod-friendly functionality yet. However, it demonstrates a relatively clean way to add new script commands to Oblivion and the Construction Set. I'm not sure how far I'll be able to take this due to personal time constraints, but I'll update it when I can, and release the source so it can be continued or enhanced by other people if needed.
 
This doesn't make any modifications to oblivion.exe or TESConstructionSet.exe, or any other files in your oblivion install, so don't worry about permanent side effects.
 
Note that this was built off of the latest official patch version 1.1.0.511, and won't work with anything else.
