Description

Could be assumed to act as a multiplier to an actor's Energy attribute, making actors with higher energy move around more while wandering. However, setting this to any value above the default 1.0 seems to have the same effect as setting fAIMaxWanderTime to 0: all NPCs move continuously regardless of Energy.
