This setting determines the speed of the arrow you shoot when you haven't held the bow back for the proper length of time (not a power shot, as one of the other people put it). This speed is obviously much slower, and independent of the normal arrow settings. Default setting is '''0.01'''.

If you don't want to have to deal with "weak" arrows, you can always set this speed to the same value as the regular arrows (1500).
