Notes: Changing this is better than manually adjusting the prices for individual items. It only effects jewelry clothing items listed under clothing in the construction set. It does not effect non-clothing items that happen to look like jewelry (e.g. certain special quest items). It is a multiplier so it will not change the value of items that don't already have a value set.
