Description

This setting seems to effect many magic items, including:

  • For player-created potions it affects duration for all potions, and magnitude for any created with a Mortar and Pestle, Calcinator, and Retort. See Category:Potion Strength for more information.

Expected, but untested:

  • prices on vendor-spells will change significantly
  • it will be cheaper / more expensive to make custom spells or enchantments
  • spells / enchantment will take less / more magicka
