A command for Oblivion Script Extender
Syntax:
TapKey key
Tells Oblivion that the player has pressed a given button, and Oblivion will react accordingly. This function uses DirectX scancodes.
Examples
TapKey 18 ;E
The player will jump (assuming default set-up).
Notes
- DirectX scancodes are typically in hexadecimal, but this function takes decimal values.
- As well as the normal DX scancodes, you can use the numbers 256 to 263 to fake mouse button presses, and also 264 and 265 for mouse wheel movement.
- It seems that TapKey will not work in menumode.
