Problem: The above nVidia link has another link to "these simple instructions" that state.....
'2. Head to the following website and download the "dds photoshop plug-in" AND "these required DLLs". http://developer.nvidia.com/object/nv_texture_tools.html'
...but there is no entry on the nv_texture_tools.html for "these required DLLs" so the plugin does not work. nVidia needs to update the page or PDF instructions so we know what "required DLLs" are.
