Hi i was just wondering how i can process files which have folders/sub folders will the same command python Scripts\nifoptimize.py C:\python work or is there a command you know of thanks.

The information on the page started to get outdated, so I have gone ahead and updated the page to include the new features with PyFFI 0.7.5. I also tried to improve the formatting a bit, so the practical aspects should be more comprehensive now.
