In this article I am going to show you how to create/raise pools of water in exterior cells.
First find the cell You are wishing to make a pool of water at. My location is AnviltownCenter (-47,-8).
right click on the AnviltownCenter(-47,-8) in the "Cell View" window and click edit. Now a new window named "Cell" appears with a list of cell names and the one you just clicked on highlighted. Go to water level and type in the height you desire (I'm going to raise mine to 300)then set the variant of water you wish to appear ingame(or just leave it alone) and click "Apply" in the bottom left of the "Cell" window. Congrats! You just made a pool of water (If the edges of the purple square are extruding use the landscape editor [h] to raise land over them or lower the water by a few units.)
