The amount of fire damage done to a monster or NPC is reduced by a percentage equal to its ResistFire value.
If this value is 100 or higher, the target is immune to fire damage. If the target is weak vs. fire, this value is negative (for example, a monster with "Weakness to Fire 50%" has -50 ResistFire).
