[ActorID.]GetBaseActorValue StatName 
[ActorID.]GetBaseAV StatName

Example:

GetBaseActorValue Health

Returns the base value of the specified stat. To see the current, modified value, use GetActorValue.

  • This function does not accurately report the unmodified base value of stats that are changed by constant ability fortify effects.
