This also returns true if you are in walking state, but have the Shift key pressed down (temporarily running).  This funcion as at the heart of my mod and I just confirmed this.  Otherwise, it works well.  --[[User:Ben2069|Ben2069]] 11:03, 30 April 2010 (EDT)

The IsRunning command always detects your running state regardless of player motion.
